Department: - Quality Assurance

Education and Work Experience Requirement:

- Bachelor of Technology/science in Dairy Tech/Food Tech or Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry. M.Sc./ M. Tech will be a plus.
- 05 - 10 Years of Experience in Egg/Dairy Processing or FMCG in quality Control or Quality Assurance department.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Key man to execute all the program/procedures/practices in QA/QC Department.
- Provide the relevant training and education as per training calendar.
- Prepare the sampling Plan and ensure raw material, packing material and finished Goods are tested as per plan and released if meets required specifications and legal standards.
- Ensure sufficient Lab inventory and proper functioning of the laboratory equipment/instruments.
- Documentation as per ISO, Prepare and updates SOP/SSOP/STP.
- Statutory and Regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for food safety in the plant & Ensure FSMS is followed at all levels in manufacturing.
- Sensory evaluation, product development.
- Responsible to follow up with NABL lab for sample receipt and test reports.
- Verification & Validation of CCP/OPRP through SCADA reports and batch traceability.
