The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives across the organization.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying a comprehensive TPRM framework, including outsourcing governance protocols, to ensure effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of third-party risks.This role involves managing ongoing TPRM programs, collaborating with various teams to identify and escalate key items of concern, and developing reports for business areas and senior management.The selected individual will also provide strategic guidance to the Head of TPRM in addressing regulatory requirements, maintaining ongoing monitoring of the Bank's Operational Risk profile at a Business Unit level, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deploy a firm-wide TPRM framework, including outsourcing governance protocols.Manage ongoing TPRM programs, ensuring effective risk identification and mitigation.Collaborate with various teams to identify and escalate key items of concern.Develop reports for business areas and senior management, highlighting third-party risks and mitigation strategies.Provide strategic guidance to the Head of TPRM on regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and TPRM framework updates.
