About the Position
The Product Marketing Executive will lead marketing efforts for a subset of Strand’s genomic diagnostics products. Experience with leading marketing programs directed at health care practitioners and overall familiarity with the life sciences/ health care domain will be highly preferable. The role demands extensive participation in defining, improving, and growing genomic diagnostics solutions from a business perspective by closely coordinating with the internal stakeholders. The role will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Accountabilities
Define marketing programs for specific genomic solutions (Oncology or Reproductive Health) and lead the execution.
Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and define and manage a corresponding action plan.
Lead development of impactful brochures, newsletters, and digital media by developing relevant content and incorporating appropriate brand/ creative inputs.
Support sales growth by providing training, product knowledge to the field sales team to ensure they are both well-equipped with scientific and communication skills.
Act as a port of call to the sales team for all product-related inquiries by working collaboratively with sales, clinical research, and genetic counseling team colleagues.
Participate in field work with the sales team to assess the response to and suitability of promotional material.
Travel within India, as needed, to be a part of the scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences and ensure brand visibility in the target audience segment.
Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and design team.
Contribute to new product creation by engaging with clinicians and key opinion leaders.
Develop a detailed understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
Define, implement, and monitor key metrics for marketing initiatives.
Track and stay accountable for the business metrics for assigned products.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Masters degree in life sciences (e.g., biology, genetics, biotechnology)
3+ years of experience marketing function, preferably in the life sciences, pharma, or healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience in collaborating and working across teams
Willingness to be hands-on and energetic in driving business outcomes
Good written and verbal communication skills in the English language
