Senior Paid Ads Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale.This role involves collaborating with marketing teams, guiding campaign strategy, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and running structured A/B tests. The successful candidate will be able to communicate insights clearly and stay current with platform updates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and InstagramDevelop and execute campaign strategies, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROITrack and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insightsA bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
