Lead Analog-to-Digital Converter ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ADC Architect to join our team.This is a hybrid role that involves leading the development of high-performance analog-to-digital converters from initial specification through design and layout supervision, silicon evaluation, and characterization to final product introduction to market.10-15 years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processesThorough familiarity with high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital (ADC) or digital-to-analog (DAC) data converter design techniquesMust have a track record of successfully taking designs to productionAbility to work with customers to define products that address specific needsMust have experience with evaluating silicon on bench and familiarity with standard lab equipmentThe ideal candidate will have a strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design, including noise and mismatch analysis. Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling, and/or synthesis of digital control blocks is also required.Maintaining compliance with electromigration and ESD guidelines in submicron CMOS process is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams spread across geographic locations are also necessary.
