**E-Commerce QA Team Leader Position Overview**We are seeking an experienced E-commerce QA Team Leader to lead our testing processes and strengthen our distributed QA team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for defining quality assurance strategies, creating test plans, and overseeing execution for web and mobile applications.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in test design and execution for web or mobile applications. They should also possess knowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation Level and previous experience as a team leader or similar role.**Key Responsibilities: Define quality assurance strategies, create test plans, and oversee execution for web and mobile applications.Collaborate closely with product managers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.Track and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes of issues.Manage offshore QA members (approx. 5–7), including test case design, progress tracking, and review of deliverables.Perform hands-on testing when required and maintain high standards for test coverage.Lead a small onsite QA team and ensure effective communication and performance.Drive continuous improvement through standardized QA processes and best practices.Prepare regular reports and communicate results to stakeholders.**Required Qualifications:**3+ years of experience in test design and execution for web or mobile applicationsKnowledge equivalent to ISTQB Foundation LevelPrevious experience as a team leader or similar roleExperience working with offshore teams or external vendorsStrong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration**Personal Attributes:**Proactive problem solver who drives improvements and engages stakeholdersAdaptable and eager to learn in a fast-changing environmentStrong communicator with a collaborative mindsetComfortable taking on new challenges and improving processesTeam-oriented and results-driven**Language Requirements:**English: Business level**Why This Role Is Important:**This position is crucial in ensuring the quality of our e-commerce services, which are used by millions of users and continue to grow rapidly.
