Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a Senior Agile Coach to help support our Banking Team in its continued transformation journey.The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.Key Responsibilities:Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables.Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Help stakeholders to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Monitor, track, and provide outward communication for improved transparency on teams progress against their delivery goals for product releases.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Drive and lead the scrum activities for the scrum teams within the ongoing sprints.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Implement process improvements inside teams.Required Skills and QualificationsOverall Experience of 8+ years along with at least 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master in Banking DomainGood understanding of SDLC preferably who has worked in technical role (BA, Dev, Tester) in previous projects with strong time, cost, and value managementExperience in using Jira and other Agile development toolsExperienced in working with globally spread cross-functional and multicultural teamsAble to do excellent demos/presentationsExperience in managing onshore/offshore teams and able to resolve any roadblocks and work or team conflictsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstand the fundamentals of iterative developmentUnderstand the fundamentals of software development and processesUnderstand incremental deliveries and value of metrics, schedules, capacity, and milestone trackingUnderstand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definitionFamiliar with common agile practices, service-oriented environmentsNice to Have:Scrum Certifications from reputed institutes desirable
