Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing our solutions for clients and driving innovation.This role involves analysing requirements from customers and other consulting teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will also design, develop, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, and Freemarker templates.You will be responsible for customising and extending existing templates to meet client-specific requirements, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Freemarker, HTML, and CSS. Additionally, you will ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and adherence to best practices.You will provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, document technical designs, processes, and client-specific configurations, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development and template management.RequirementsA Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.4-9 years of experience in technical implementation, including significant experience in leading projects from inception to completion is essential.A proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams is crucial.Strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams is necessary.
