Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer specialising in Roads and Highways to join our esteemed engineering firm in Bengaluru, India. As a key technical leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure in the region.Lead and oversee the design and implementation of complex road and highway projectsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teamsDevelop innovative and sustainable solutions for transportation infrastructure challengesEnsure compliance with local and international design standards and regulationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budgetConduct technical reviews and quality assurance checks on project deliverablesContribute to business development efforts and proposal writingStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalentMinimum 10-15 years of experience in road and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projectsAdvanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStationHaving experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects and has the ability to lais with multi disciplinesProficiency in project management tools and methodologiesIn-depth understanding of road and highway design standards and regulationsExpertise in sustainable and innovative road construction techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineersDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel to project sites as required
