Job Title:Private Banking Operations ManagerRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our private banking operations in Eastern India.The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing team, developing strategic client relationships, and driving the growth of our private banking services.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a high-performing private banking team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure top-tier client service and compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and their families.Formulate and implement strategies to increase the market share of private banking services in Eastern India, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.Collaborate with product teams to enhance private banking offerings tailored to the needs of HNW and UHNW clients.Drive sales initiatives, create and implement sales plans, and track performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks associated with private banking operations.
