This role is hands-on, with a high volume of sourcing, outbound outreach, and candidate calls. You'll play a critical part in building strong pipelines and ensuring candidates are well-informed and excited about opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSource high-quality U.S.-based candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channelsConduct initial candidate calls to assess fit, interest, and availabilityMaintain active communication with candidates throughout the processKeep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATSBuild and manage pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill rolesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience focused on hiring U.S.-based candidatesStrong track record in sourcing and engaging passive talentExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with U.S. market hiring practices and candidate expectationsComfortable working evening shifts aligned to U.S. Eastern hoursHighly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with top U.S. companies from anywhere in IndiaCollaborative, high-energy, and growth-oriented environment
