Job TitleInformation Security Manager - USThe main responsibility of this position is to design, develop and maintain a comprehensive information security management program that ensures the protection of our company's valuable assets.Establishing and maintaining Information Security policies and procedures.Understanding client infrastructure setup and suggesting improvement points related to information security.Preparing policies and procedures for information security.Imparting training on information security.Performing internal audits as per ISO 27001 requirements.RequirementsFor this role, we are looking for candidates with a degree in engineering (Computer Science/IT)/MCA/Business administration or a technology-related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security and IT jobs. Additionally, professional security management certification such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is mandatory. Knowledge of common information security management frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001, SSAE 18 SOC2, Privacy Framework – ISO27701, and NIST is highly desirable. Knowledge of security controls of AWS/Microsoft Azure is also required. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with high personal integrity. Innovative thinking and leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
