Job Opportunity:Our organization is seeking a skilled Packaging Senior Officer/Executive to support the development of innovative packaging solutions for the Indian market.The ideal candidate will manage scale-up activities, cost and quality improvement programs at key package component suppliers. Additionally, they will provide support to packaging line commissioning and start-up activities at new filling plants, ensuring seamless integration with our existing operations.Key responsibilities include interfacing with regional and global project teams to maintain project schedules, as well as collaborating with the India Commercial team to ensure the needs of package innovations and launches are met.Successful candidates will also develop testing procedures and protocols to assess the performance of packaging structures, while preparing and releasing specifications based on conducted developments.Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in Mould Management, preferably within the FMCG industry or as a converter. Mandatory requirements include proven expertise in Mould Management Experience within the FMCG industry and understanding of CPET.
