Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strictly creative agency background. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and translating our creative vision into lucrative deals. We need a go-getter who can understand our financial aspirations, create opportunities, and strategically guide CFE toward financial stability and beyond.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on high-value B2B clients, targeting sectors like Healthcare, BFSI, Tech, and Manufacturing.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Analyze market trends to identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Pitching & Proposal Creation: Lead the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight our unique offerings in video content and 360° marketing solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, understanding their business needs and offering solutions that drive results.
  • Revenue Targets: Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strategically balance short-term wins with long-term revenue-building initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, production, and account management teams to ensure seamless project execution and a top-tier client experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use data-driven approaches to track sales performance, report progress to leadership, and optimize the sales strategy as needed.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and evolving client expectations to ensure CFE remains a step ahead in the video marketing landscape.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Background: 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales exclusively in a creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio of closed deals in video marketing or digital content services.
  • Network: A well-established network in B2B sectors, with the ability to tap into senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to create and execute successful sales strategies, pitch complex ideas, and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to C-level executives and influence key stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of handling challenges with creativity and efficiency.
  • Passion for Creativity: An appreciation for video content and creative marketing, with a knack for understanding the pulse of the industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions that align with CFE’s financial health and goals.
