This role involves managing the end-to-end production process - from conceptualization to on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations, creative excellence, and impactful audience experiences.Key Responsibilities:Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing events, fashion shows, brand activations, and promotional activities.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.Manage event logistics, including venue setup, stage design, lighting, sound, and other production elements.Oversee event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and quality.Support creative direction for event themes, décor, and brand representation.Handle talent coordination, guest lists, and backstage management during live events.Liaise with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all event touchpoints.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during production.Prepare post-event reports, analyzing performance, feedback, and ROI.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.2 - 4 years of experience in event production, preferably in the media, fashion, or entertainment industry.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or production software is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late nights during event days.Preferred Attributes:Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment events.Strong vendor and industry network.Experience working under pressure and tight deadlines.A collaborative and proactive attitude.Application Details:To apply, send your CV and cover letter to:Location: Santacruz (West), Mumbai – This is a full-time, on-site position.
