Middleware Administrator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of middleware systems, ensuring high availability and performance.About the RoleIn this role, you will provide Level 2 support for various platforms, including UDM, HULFT, JBoss ESB, and WebMethod. You will also manage and maintain middleware systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with ITSM processes and documentation standards.Main Responsibilities:Provide L2 support for middleware platformsManage and maintain middleware systemsTroubleshoot middleware issuesEnsure compliance with ITSM processes and documentation standardsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills and knowledge of middleware technologies.
