Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ECM Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java applications, including mission-critical service layers for the ECM platform.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating business requirements into innovative, secure, and scalable technical solutions. They will ensure that solutions are vulnerability-free, follow modern IT standards, and leverage emerging technologies.This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate start. The developer will work collaboratively with internal business units and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop complex Java applications for the ECM platformMaintain production-first mindset focused on uptime, scalability, and rapid issue resolutionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project deliveryFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentRequirements:10 years' experience in software development, with at least 5 years as an ECM Developer5+ years developing enterprise-grade ECM solutions using IBM FileNet and Java/J2EEMandatory experience in ICN Customization: Plugin development, External Data Services (EDS), Feature and Action Plugins, Context Menu Customization, and custom scheduled task developmentMandatory experience in Java/J2EE: Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, MicroservicesMandatory experience in Web Technologies: Dojo, NodeJS, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, jQueryMandatory experience in ECM Suite: FileNet P8, ICN 3.x+, ICM 5.x, BAW 24.x, IER, ICC, FDM, Sweep FrameworkECM Migration: SharePoint, Domino, FileNet P8 to CP4BASecurity & Governance: Role-based access, retention policies, security proxies, change preprocessorsApp Servers: IBM WebSphere (ND, Liberty, Open Liberty), WebLogic, TomcatReporting & Monitoring: Sweep jobs, stored procedures, Control-M, SplunkDevOps Tools: AzDO, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, TerraformDatabases: Oracle, PostgreSQLBonus Points:Proven experience customizing, configuring, and maintaining IBM FileNet-based platforms
