Role Purpose

The purpose of the Client Retention Role is to proactively engage with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to our organization. The role involves understanding client needs, anticipating issues, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service to retain and expand the client base.


Key Expectations of the Role


Client Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their insurance requirements and preferences.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, demonstrating attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Retention Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and minimize attrition rates within the portfolio.
  • Identify potential challenges to client retention and devise proactive approaches to address them.
  • Client Feedback Management:
  • Solicit and collect client feedback to gauge satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Client Education and Communication:
  • Educate clients about their insurance coverage, policy benefits, and additional services available to them.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on policy changes, industry updates, and relevant information.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients' needs and preferences.
  • Promote additional insurance products or services that align with clients' existing policies and coverage.
