Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Manager – Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

1. Role Objectives:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent for various roles.
  • Workforce Planning: Align recruitment goals with business growth, project timelines, and operational needs, ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Cost-Efficient Hiring: Achieve cost-effective recruitment without compromising on quality by leveraging internal and external recruitment channels efficiently.

2. Responsibility Areas:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job description creation to offer management, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pool using various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, industry contacts, and headhunting.
  • Assessment and Selection: Develop and implement effective screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Vendor and Consultant Management: Manage external recruitment agencies and consultants, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to refine the recruitment strategy and ensure continuous improvement.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate sector, including typical roles, responsibilities, and market trends related to construction, project management, sales, marketing, and facility management.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), and CRM platforms to streamline recruitment.
  • Interviewing Skills: Expertise in conducting competency-based interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural interviews tailored to real estate roles.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to leverage recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve hiring processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and other contract details in alignment with company policies.

4. Behavioural Skills:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring clarity throughout the recruitment process.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve challenges related to talent acquisition, such as difficult-to-fill positions, hiring delays, and negotiation hurdles.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates for various projects.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs or market conditions within the real estate sector.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external recruitment partners.
  • Decision Making: Strong judgment and decision-making abilities to assess candidate fit and make hiring recommendations that align with company goals.
