You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional, self-organizing team that values autonomy, agility, and continuous improvement.In this role, you’ll work closely with development leads, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that drive real business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate within an agile team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.Translate complex business requirements and user stories into efficient technical solutions.Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code using best practices.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and design discussions to ensure software quality.Implement unit, integration, and system tests to ensure reliability and performance.Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot critical issues when needed.Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge-sharing.Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams in a global environment.Required Skills & Experience6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.Strong proficiency in Java 17 or 21 and object-oriented programming principles.Deep understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and WebSockets.Solid knowledge of unit testing, code refactoring, and software design patterns.Experience with build and CI/CD tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Zookeeper, and PostgreSQL.Familiarity with Hibernate ORM, YAML configuration, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).Knowledge of Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, RxJava).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.Understanding of security practices, OAuth2, and JWT.Exposure to performance tuning and distributed system design.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
