Job Overview:


As a Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into buyers. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate leads through various channels, including online portals, referrals, and cold calling.

Qualify potential clients based on their needs, preferences, and budget.

Set up meetings or site visits for prospective buyers with the sales team.

Maintain a database of all client interactions and follow-ups.

Provide detailed and accurate information about property listings.

Assist clients in understanding property features, payment plans, and legal requirements.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and lead conversion.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
