Job Title: Industry 4.0 Solutions ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled Industry 4.0 Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a critical role in understanding client needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.Job DescriptionThe Industry 4.0 Solutions Consultant will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. This includes:Developing and maintaining collaterals related to pre-sales activities, including capability presentations, case studies, RFP response templates, and RFP repositoriesResponding to RFI/RFP/proactive proposal/capability docs requirements, working closely with sales and delivery teamsOwnership of preparing timelines plans and driving pre-sales activitiesLeading a team of pre-sales professionals and guiding them in delivering to pre-sales requestsExperience of leading large RFPs (>$10 million USD in TCV) and working on different service lines – Application dev/support, Infrastructure services, digital/data services, as requiredYou will be responsible for defining and crafting proactive pitches to existing customers in the Digital Engineering space. You must be able to understand business requirements, work closely with delivery teams to document solutions, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Good experience in Product Design Engineering solutions such as CAD, CAM, FEAGood experience in Industrial IoT and Analytics, and related solutionsGood experience in Digital Supply Chain solutions like Warehouse Management Systems, Integrated Planning, Network design and optimization, Logistics planning and transportation management systems, Supply Chain AnalyticsGood experience in Digital Manufacturing solutions such as Apriso, Rockwell automation, etc.Proven experience in a pre-sales role within the software services industryGood understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and architecturesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficient in MS Office toolsExperience in CRM and sales software toolsExperience in any of our chosen industry domains – Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, etc.If you have a strong background in these areas and are passionate about Industry 4.0 solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
