We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of a Salesforce project. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance domain and a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications to meet the specific requirements of the project.Leverage Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to automate and streamline core insurance operations.Develop robust integrations with third-party systems (email gateway, SMS gateway, Signwell, RingCentral, Zone Marketing Plus, etc.) to create a seamless user experience.Utilize advanced Salesforce development tools and technologies (Lightning Flow, Salesforce Einstein, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex) to build scalable and efficient solutions.Conduct thorough unit testing and system integration testing to ensure the quality and performance of the Salesforce implementation.Provide ongoing support and maintenance including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Adhere to Agile methodologies and contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced development environment.Utilize containerization and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on the insurance industry.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and platform development.Experience with lead management, appointment scheduling, and commission management systems.Expertise in Lightning Flow, Salesforce Einstein, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Apex.Experience with third-party integrations and data migration. Strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and API development.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).Note: Apply if you believe you are a good fit for this profile.
