Mathematics Education SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Mathematics Tutor to join our team of educators.About the Role:As a Mathematics Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering online math classes to students following the International Baccalaureate (IB) Math curriculum and other international math curricula. Your primary objective is to provide students with easy-to-understand explanations of complex mathematical concepts, making learning engaging and fun.Duties and Responsibilities:Developing Curricula: Plan and create teaching materials that cater to the needs of your students, ensuring they grasp mathematical concepts effectively.Teaching Methods: Utilize real-life examples to make geometrical concepts more relatable and interesting, thereby developing students' interest in mathematics.Supporting Students: Provide additional teaching support to slow learners, helping them bridge the gap and excel in their math studies.Classroom Discussions: Facilitate engaging classroom discussions on various topics, fostering a sense of community among students.Progress Monitoring: Regularly report student progress in the math subject, identifying areas where students require extra attention.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed as a Mathematics Tutor, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in teaching, preferably with IB or other international math curricula.Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, enabling you to craft engaging lesson plans and assignments.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, allowing you to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.Benefits:Our tutors enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.Timings:We offer two scheduling options:Option 1: 8 hours a day between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, and 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday.Option 2: 8 hours a day between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday, with a weekly break on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Note: Please ensure you have a laptop and pen tablet available for our demo interview.],
