Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this position is to support business processes and activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. This involves combining operational and analytical skills with strong problem-solving and communication abilities to drive projects forward, addressing both operational and analytical business problems.You will collaborate closely with senior data analysts and operations delivery leads to deliver operational items, implementing process improvements in operational processes and striving to identify opportunities for enhancement. You will also remain current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually improve process design for quick adoption.This role requires a deep understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technology to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Additionally, you will build subject matter expertise over time and apply it to operational processes, ensuring quality checks and validations are implemented on all deliverables.Key responsibilities include executing defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance, quality checks, governance criteria, roles, and responsibilities. You will also assist in defining newer, more efficient models, including detailed documentation, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery to clients within pre-existing timelines.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, electronics/communication, electrical engineering, or related fields.1-2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts), with exposure to stored procedures being a plus.Detail orientation, quality consciousness, and an operational mindset are essential qualities.Experience in pharmaceuticals, managed markets consulting, or analytics consulting with broad-based experience in managed care and/or analytics is highly valued.Experience working with people in different time zones and leading the delivery of analytic results to clients (internal or external) is also desirable.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in operational analysis, working closely with senior data analysts and operations delivery leads to drive project success.
