Our Company is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team as a Principal Business Consultant. This key role will focus on delivering expert guidance on the configuration and implementation of Temenos Payments solutions across the project lifecycle. With a deep understanding of payment schemes, SWIFT, and ISO20022 standards, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. A strong background in Temenos Payments Hub is essential for this position.A successful Solutions Architect in this role will have an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills. They will work independently and in a collaborative nature with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include:Analyze Client Requirements: Identify and understand complex business requirements and relate them to Temenos payments product capabilityCollaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to write specifications (BRD's and FSD's), when needed, for local development and ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of these specificationsProject Gaps and Feasible Solutions: Identify and address project gaps, proposing feasible solutions including workarounds or process adjustments that align with project scopeTemenos Product Customizations: Determine and confirm specific Temenos product customizations based on defined business requirementsConfiguration and Testing: Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core banking systemUser Acceptance Testing: Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Client Operations Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of the client's operations to identify opportunities for T24 optimization, recommend best practices, and mitigate potential risks that can damage the client's business or contradict legal RequirementsWorkshops and Training: Conduct workshops and demonstrate the product capabilities to meet specific project needs, manage end-user training and mentoringRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in banking or financial servicesMinimum of 5 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy especially Temenos Payment Hub(TPH) projectsIn-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and payment modulesStrong payments domain and TPH product knowledgeAbility to leverage the TEMENOS Implementation MethodologyProven track record in end-to-end implementation and delivery of T24 Core Banking systemsAnalytical, organized, team player, and able to work in a Multicultural environmentMandatory RequirementsIn-Depth implementation experience in Temenos Payment Hub(TPH) projects for both embedded and standaloneImplementation experience in Swift ISO20022 along with Singapore and Hong Kong clearings in the TPH projects you have workedBenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
