Business Intelligence Architect Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable data architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.Lead technical migration projects, assessing legacy BI systems and defining strategies for successful transition.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data visualization solutions that meet business needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Power BI experience with modeling, data transformation, reporting, and DAX, including certification in Power Platform (PL 300).Expertise in migrating legacy BI platforms to modern solutions.Strong understanding of business key performance indicators (KPIs) and data storytelling.Good To Have:Knowledge of other business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Qlik.Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure.Certification in Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architecture.Responsibilities of the Role:Lead technical design for BI migration projects.Assess legacy BI systems and define migration strategy.Build scalable and optimized visualization architecture post-migration.Stakeholder collaboration and leadership for techno-functional deliberations and discussions.Guide customers in identifying scope by performing analysis and rationalization.Articulate feature mapping and gaps between tools.Present status of migration to leadership and customer stakeholders.Coordinate UAT testing with business users and negotiate common grounds for signoff.Key Qualities:Ability to break down enterprise inventory for migration into logical, prioritized, independent, and achievable batches.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to guide teams in documentation and coordinate UAT testing.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive compensation package.
