We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition OverviewTitle: Manager Technical, Operations and Transition Business Unit: CorporateReporting to: Regional Head SouthKey Stakeholders: Branch Heads/Operations Lead Key ResponsibilitiesTransition ManagementCarry out management of Electro-Mechanical transitions for South PM regionExecute the MEP/SS services transition process and HOTO (Hand Over Take Over) process for PAM sitesEstablish MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and processes for Property ManagementOperations & MaintenanceSupervise and direct maintenance staff and monitor performance during transitionsCheck malfunctioning equipment and determine corrective action required to restore satisfactory operating conditionCapture complete details into HOTO documentationManage departmental staff, including selection, scheduling, and job assignmentsClient Management & Equipment OperationsCoordinate with clients to schedule equipment downtime for preventative maintenanceMonitor operation of electrical and mechanical equipment supporting facility operations during transitionsAnalyze the operation of various site infrastructure systems and determine root cause of problems/malfunctionsTake corrective action as requiredAgreed Technical AuditsTechnical ExpertiseUnderstand engineering design and operational aspects of Base Building and Critical Support Systems and ComponentsImmediately recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situationsTraining & DevelopmentProvide training and support to expand operations staff capabilitiesDemonstrate proper use and care of tools and instrumentsProvide hands-on instruction in basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting proceduresRecommend relevant outside engineering courses for enrollmentInstill professionalism in manner and appearanceProject & Budget ManagementParticipate in facilities remodeling, new construction, and planning activitiesManage and monitor construction and repair projectsPlan and manage budget for appropriate control and utilization of client resourcesForecast budget for operation and maintenance of buildings and systemsRecommend and estimate facility repairs and improvements for annual budget inclusionDocumentation & Process ManagementFormalize and finalize Operation/EHS Manual of the site before closing transition activity in accordance with JLL process and procedure guidelinesFacilitate finalization of service partners for new sites with JLL SCM Lead and Regional Operational LeaderPerformance ObjectivesEnsure all transitions happen smoothly and on timeRequired Skills & CompetenciesTechnical qualification with transition toolkit exposureExcellent exposure in managing transition documentsExposure to VMS (Vendor Management System) approachEmployee SpecificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
