Position: Fashion Designer
Location: Noida, India
Salary: ₹4.20 LPA - ₹4.80 LPA (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer who will contribute to our Design Studio, working closely with top global fashion brands. The ideal candidate should bring a passion for innovation, trend-setting design, and attention to sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create original designs for global clients, interpreting fashion trends and forecasts into CTA’s unique style.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client specifications and CTA’s standards.
Utilize VisualGEMS ERP for design process tracking, quality control, and workflow management.
Work with a diverse range of fabric and textile processes, enhancing our product offerings across categories including athleisure, outerwear, and kidswear.
Contribute to rapid sampling processes, ensuring quick adjustments to meet client feedback.
Maintain an understanding of sustainable practices in materials and design aligned with CTA’s values and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Fashion Design from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or an equivalent institution of repute.
Experience: 2-3 years in fashion design, ideally working with top global brands. Prior experience with brands such as H&M is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with VisualGEMS ERP is advantageous; strong design software skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CAD) are essential.
Design Sensibility: Keen sense of global fashion trends, especially for major markets like Europe and the USA.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
