About the RoleWe're seeking an accomplished AI/ML Engineer with in-depth expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, fine-tune and deploy domain-specific AI systems. Our ideal candidate is someone who can drive innovation through their knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques.Fine-tune and adapt LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA and related methods.Prepare and structure complex medical and clinical data for AI training.Develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.Evaluate and benchmark open-source models and new architectures.Monitor model performance and ensure ethical, explainable AI.The successful candidate will have:A degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.3+ years of experience.Proven experience in ML development and deployment.Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow skills.Familiarity with RAG, LangChain and vector databases.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented team of engineers.
