Green Coffee Procurement LeadWe are seeking an accomplished Green Coffee Procurement Lead to drive our procurement operations with excellence in negotiation, deep field connection, and strategic supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in green coffee procurement, a strong track record in negotiations, supplier management & field operations, excellent understanding of coffee grades, moisture, out-turn, defects & quality, ability to work closely with farmers and lead cluster-level sourcing, experience in India coffee belts is a strong plus, and passion for sustainability, social impact & ethical sourcing.End-to-end procurement of green coffee from farmer groups, associations & large plantationsStrong price negotiation with suppliers while ensuring fairness and sustainabilityCoordinating with agronomists & field inspectorsMonitoring quality, field drying, hulling, transport & warehouse standardsManaging procurement budgets, volumes, season planning & shipment readinessTo succeed as a Green Coffee Procurement Lead at our organization, you should be able to:Work directly with thousands of smallholder farmers under strong ICS systems, ensuring quality, transparency, and traceabilityBe part of a global supply chain across India, East Africa & EuropeHave the opportunity to innovate in ERP + HubTrace digital sourcing platformsWork with a team deeply committed to quality, transparency & farmer prosperityRequired Skills and QualificationsThe following skills and qualifications are required for this role:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsA strong understanding of green coffee procurement practices and proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with ERP systems and digital sourcing platformsPassion for sustainability, social impact & ethical sourcingBenefitsOur organization offers a competitive compensation package, performance incentives, career growth opportunities, and a chance to work on innovative projects.About UsWe are a rapidly growing global leader in Organic coffee, expanding our sourcing network across India, Uganda.
