The client is a Saudi Arabia based services company and is looking to hire a Low Current Design Engineer for their team to work remotely and deliver on assignments.



Work Location : Remote


Education : BE/BTECH Electrical, Electronics, instrumentation, Computers


Experience : 3-5 years


Skill Set :


• Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally with industrial projects in Saudi Arabia

• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Integrated Security Systems, Telecommunication, ELV Systems, and familiar with HCIS 2017 directives, Saudi Aramco standards and requirements

• Skills: Strong understanding of the Systems design and estimation

• Track Record: Proven success in medium to large-scale turnkey bids & proposals

• Team Player: Self-motivated and flexible with excellent communication, collaboration, task management, presentation, and documentation skills

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Visio, and other design tools


Responsibilities :


• Analyze the Request for Information, Request for Proposal and consolidate all required information to understand project requirements thoroughly

• Participate in technical meetings, pre- and post-bid meetings as required, contributing technical expertise and insights

• Design and prepare complete bid packages, including the Bill of Quantities, Technical and Commercial Proposal, and responses for Technical Queries, Pre-and-Post Bid Technical Clarifications, and all related bid activities

• Estimate turnkey solutions for projects in sectors including industrial, entertainment, banking, government initiatives, healthcare, transportation, education, hospitality, etc.

• Prepare technical documents, including system architectures, diagrams, and other technical documentation as required to support bids and proposals

• Collaborate with vendors, channel partners, and distributors to evaluate technical solution, and commercial proposal, negotiate terms as per company requirements, ensure alignment with project requirements and timeline

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional team members, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the bidding process

• Ensure smooth handover of projects to the Operations Team upon successful bid acceptance, providing all necessary information
