With us you will be responsible for?

Having a good understanding and Deep knowledge of the best practices of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM functionality Applying this knowledge to provide application support and solve defined business problems. Maintaining Functional Specifications, design blueprint and related documentation Resolving general issues related to Solman/ Charm Delivering high quality and efficient work (Business Issues and Tickets) within agreed SLAs and timelines Understand customer needs and quantify appropriate actions in incident management, problem management, feature development and CSI’s. Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills Working during EET timezone (8-17 EET) Experience with complex Architecture / interfaces.

We expect you to have?

Must have at least 8-10 years of hands-on strong experience as a solution manager expert Experience in CHARM Setup, CHARM Operations, configure new systems in CHARM, fix if anything breaks, Experience in Idoc monitoring setup and operations, Experience in Solution documentation setup and operations, Experience in Business Partner creation, Experience in XLD Distribution Setup and operations. Experience in BPMON setup and operations Experience in Distribution model creation/maintenance Experience in Customizing distribution setup and operations Experience in Creating/managing s-users, opening system connections for SAP, creating developers/object keys Experience in EHS/ERC upgrade topics Experience in Solution Manager Migration from a Data center to AWS Cloud A self starter with good attitude having the ability to deliver with little direction/supervision Ability to work on Implementation and Support assignments, Taking part in customer/ vendor calls and handling issues independently. Must have Customer facing consulting skills and positive solution centric attitude. Proactive communication and consulting discussion with the architects and business stakeholders day in and day out, maintaining a clear transparency, commitment towards deliverables, keeping the timelines and gain trust with customer in this area.
