Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition ExpertA Senior Talent Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment cycle and fulfillment of assigned requisitions. This role plays a key part in building our future workforce by providing leadership in mentoring and training junior team members in recruiting best practices.This is a high-performing role with a potential career path to recruitment management, ideal for individuals seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers within the industry.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract or permanent basis across various technology verticals.- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including web search and social networking opportunities to discover qualified candidates and clients.- Develop Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery and effectively manage internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and integrity.- Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements to determine overall fit and successfully review job descriptions and analyze client needs to understand hiring manager requirements and technical skills needed.- Foster strong working relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates, and proactively network with user groups and potential talent to maintain ongoing relationships.- Display technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with technology trends, anticipate business priorities, and adjust staffing plans accordingly.- Coach junior team members on essential technical recruitment principles and contribute to the growth and development of the team.Bonus Points If:- You can multitask and juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.- You possess marketing skills and know how to promote your services, expertise, and knowledge effectively to clients and candidates.
