Job Description: Graphic Designer + Video Editor (Print + Digital + Offline Branding)Location: Sanjaynagar, BengaluruExperience: 1–4 yearsType: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the Role:We're looking for a fast, multi-skilled Graphic Designer + Video Editor who can execute high-quality digital content, print-ready artwork, and offline branding for a fast-growing men's grooming brand. You'll work on everything from labels to standees to reels — with speed, accuracy, and brand alignment.Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Creatives- Reels, short-form edits, UGC, influencer merges- Performance ad creatives + A/B variants- Social media graphics, carousels, campaign layouts- Website banners, marketplace (Amazon/Flipkart) A+ content2. Print, Packaging & Retail Design- Labels (bottle labels, shrink sleeves, ingredient tables, compliance)- Standees (roll-up, flex, vinyl-ready files)- Posters, A3/A4 banners, hoardings- Packaging artwork (front/back panels, dielines, CMYK conversions)- Painter boards / dealer boards- Retail POS elements (wobblers, tent cards, shelf strip branding)Includes coordination with printers, signboard vendors, flex printers, and understanding:- Bleed, safety margins, 300 DPI standards- CMYK, colour proofing, print finishes- Cutter guides, dielines, fabrication sizes3. Video Editing- Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits- Motion graphics + kinetic type- Fast-paced product transitions- Sound design & SFX sync- Product explainers + campaign videosSoftware Proficiency (Mandatory)- Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- Adobe Premiere Pro- Adobe After Effects- Figma / CanvaBonus: Blender/C4D, Lightroom, packaging mock-upsWhat We Expect- Extremely quick execution- Strong aesthetic sense for men's grooming and personal care- Ability to produce 10–20 creatives/day- Understanding of global + Indian grooming design trends- Ability to convert loose inputs into high-quality final output- Comfortable working directly with marketing + foundersLocation:Office: Sanjaynagar, BengaluruIdeal for candidates from Hebbal, RT Nagar, Malleshwaram, Vidyaranyapura, RMV 2nd Stage, and nearby areas.
