Job Title: E-commerce Technical Project ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the full lifecycle of e-commerce projects, from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on SaaS e-commerce platforms, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.Lead the migration process for clients from various platforms, including Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches and provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.Identify and implement BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager.Strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.Experience in migration, theme customization, and store setup on BigCommerce or Shopify.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.About Us:We are a boutique e-commerce technology and marketing consulting company catering to B2B and B2C e-commerce businesses.
