We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing an NLP-to-SQL generation tool using LLMs and RAG frameworks in Azure Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust NLP-to-SQL generation tools utilizing LLMs and RAG frameworks.
  • Implement and fine-tune prompt engineering strategies using OpenAI LLM models.
  • Optimize the integration of vector databases for retrieval-based methods to enhance model accuracy.
  • Develop scalable solutions and workflows in the Azure Databricks environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance through continuous experimentation and tuning.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Proficient in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
  • LLMs & RAG: Hands-on experience using OpenAI LLM models and RAG frameworks for prompt engineering.
  • Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-based methods.
  • Azure Databricks: Comfortable working in the Azure Databricks environment, including experience in building and deploying ML models.

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Experience with ML lifecycle management tools and frameworks.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in developing solutions for NLP and text-based analytics.
