Job OverviewThe Third-Party Risk Management Associate plays a crucial role in directing and leading the development and implementation of the organization's Third-Party Risk Management Framework.Leverage expertise to design and deploy a firm-wide TPRM framework, including outsourcing governance.Manage ongoing TPRM programs for new and existing third-party suppliers, identifying risks before and after contract entry.Develop reports for business areas and senior management on third-party risks.Key Responsibilities:Lead TPRM program management, risk segmentation, and annual attestations by contract owners.Partner with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, and other assurance functions to identify and escalate third-party risks.Maintain ongoing monitoring of the organization's Operational Risk profile at a Business Unit level.Required Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Benefits:Opportunity to develop skills in risk management and analytics.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
