As an Operations Excellence Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in achieving this vision.Key Responsibilities:Guiding colleagues in utilizing our digitized platform to communicate the benefits and convenience of our ordering APP, including associated offers.Driving adoption by assisting colleagues in downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.Engaging daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinating with the technical team to reflect changes on the App and ensuring timely push notifications and banner displays.Conducting Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, performing hourly governance checks on LENS, and addressing issues while reporting incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring timely, high-quality service. Gathering feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.Ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Overseeing cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to laid-out Operating Standard Procedures (OSPs).Inspecting work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal. Maintaining Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and temperature records, reporting any variances.Ensuring equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and reporting any downtime to relevant departments.Requirements:A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees.
