**Job Summary:**

As a Civil Engineer at Varun Developers, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and development of residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Project Planning and Design:**

  - Collaborate with architects and project managers to review and finalize project designs.

  - Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

  - Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to support project planning.


2. **Construction Management:**

  - Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

  - Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

  - Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.


3. **Quality Assurance:**

  - Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that construction work meets required standards and regulations.

  - Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures and safety protocols on-site.


4. **Budget and Resource Management:**

  - Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates and expenditure tracking.

  - Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.


5. **Documentation and Reporting:**

  - Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

  - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and potential risks.


6. **Compliance and Permitting:**

  - Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

  - Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.

- Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably within the real estate development industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
