Accounts Receivable Specialist Job OpportunityPinnacle Group is a leading workforce solutions provider. This includes researching discrepancies and ensuring transactions are recorded in the correct period and GL accounts.Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end close activities and related reporting. Monitor Accounts Payable operations and ensure service requests are handled within established SLAs and standards.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction. This may include training and coaching offshore team members to ensure adherence to quality and performance expectations.Manage and support AR-related technology platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, ReQlogic, and Concur. Provide timely and professional support to consultants, recruiters, and account managers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
