The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing proposals, including writing and assembling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals). The role involves collaborating with teams to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with proposal requirements, and meeting strict deadlines. Additionally, the Proposal Specialist will assist in coordinating proposal deliverables and maintaining process documentation.Responsibilities:Develop responses to RFP/RFQ primarily in the area of SaaS applications and IT Consulting ServicesLead the preparation and submission of winning proposalsWork with team members to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), statement of qualifications (SOQs)Manage the proposal development process to ensure on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written proposalsConduct pre-proposal and post-proposal presentations, demosManage security assessments and questionnaires for new and existing accountsManage Statements of Work (SOW) and contracts for new and existing accountsKeep the team informed of changes and generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaborativelyCoordinate information and tasks with departments in the companyGather information from clients, and other partners or vendors to accurately determine projected costs and feesPrepare a written proposal to communicate our company’s ability to effectively meet the project’s needs at a reasonable priceCommunicate all necessary liabilities and costs of proposed contracts to managementWork with management and other departments to determine proper bid pricingMaintain, augment and improve library of reusable components, templates, and processes to reduce response time and improve quality on future proposalsManages proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target datesQualificationsExpertise in Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, and responding to RFPs.Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate and deliver clear, compelling proposal content.Project Management experience to organize and manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.Familiarity with the IT consulting or staffing industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
