Job OverviewThe role of a Technical Support Specialist involves providing expert assistance to clients utilizing the Talkdesk platform.This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as offering guidance on platform configuration and deployment.Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both English and French.Experience with contact center solutions, IVR design, and integration with CRM platforms is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Provide level 2 technical support for Talkdesk platform incidents and service requestsAssist in setup, configuration, and deployment activities across various business unitsWork with internal IT and business teams to implement and maintain Talkdesk integrations with CRM and other enterprise toolsManage and resolve escalations related to call routing, IVR, queues, agent configurations, and reporting dashboardsSupport prompt engineering and AI-driven workflow optimization, if applicableCollaborate with Talkdesk and customer support teams for escalations or advanced issue resolutionDocument processes, configuration changes, and best practicesProvide periodic reports on performance metrics, issues, and resolutionsEnsure compliance with company and customer security, privacy, and operational standardsRequirements & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of experience in Contact Center / Unified Communications solutionsProven hands-on experience with Talkdesk platform – setup, configuration, and troubleshootingKnowledge of IVR design, call routing, and integration with CRM platformsExperience with prompt engineering or AI-enabled conversation flows (advantageous)Strong understanding of SaaS applications, cloud-based telephony systems, and APIsExcellent communication and customer interaction skillsFluent in French and English (verbal and written)Based in EMEA region and available for customer-facing support during local business hoursAbout This RoleThis opportunity requires an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and platform configuration.Candidates should be proficient in both English and French, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A thorough understanding of contact center solutions, IVR design, and CRM platform integration is also essential.We Offer:An exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of cloud-based contact center solutions.A competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.Contact Information:
