Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Associate Proctor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters in Any Stream.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Basic computer operations, MS Word, MS Excel is essential.
- Ability to multi-task
- Minimum 1 year of Experience (Preferably).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Proctor, faculty, and administration to address student issues.
- Assist in developing strategies for improving student conduct and discipline.
- Monitor student behavior and enforce rules and regulations.
- Address any incidents of misconduct and report to the Proctor or higher authorities.
- Supervise examinations to prevent cheating and ensure academic honesty.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the campus.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding behavioral expectations.
- Mediate disputes between students when necessary.
- Keep clear communication with students about rules and consequences.
- Inform parents/guardians about significant disciplinary issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and incidents.
- Prepare reports for meetings and discussions regarding student conduct.
