Job Title: US Recruiter – Leadership HiringExperience: 2 to 5 YearsWork Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST onwards (US Shift)Location: Domlur, BangaloreAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter – Leadership Hiring to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals, particularly having knowledge in catering SI clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the US recruitment landscape, sourcing strategies, and proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI verticals.- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with Big4 clients.- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.- Leverage in-depth knowledge of US geography to target and attract top talent from relevant regions.- Conduct initial screening, competency assessments, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets.- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across the US.Key Requirements:- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in leadership/technical hiring for US-based roles.- Strong exposure to recruiting within Sales, Manufacturing, and BFSI sectors.- Experience working with or supporting Tier-1/2 SI clients is highly preferred.- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.- Sound understanding of US geography, job market, and visa regulations.- Willing to work in US shift (6:30 PM IST onwards) from office in Domlur, Bangalore.What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with prestigious clients and senior-level mandates.- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.- A collaborative and growth-focused work environment.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LACK LEADERSHIP/TECHNICAL HIRING EXPERIENCE ON FULL TIME/PERMANENT ROLES FOR US Geography.Interview Venue for Walk-In Drive:Date: 15th Nov 2025, SaturdayTime: 11 AM to 5 PM IST
