Destination Manager RoleWe are seeking a skilled Destination Manager to join our team.This role requires a deep understanding of destination knowledge, cost management, and itinerary planning.Handling all B2B queries and providing accurate quotations as per client requirements.Preparing customized itineraries, costings, and travel proposals for destinations like Bali, Vietnam, and other expanding markets.Maintaining updated product knowledge including hotels, sightseeing options, transfers, and local experiences.Negotiating and coordinating with local suppliers, hotels, and tour operators for best rates and services.Managing bookings, confirmations, and operational follow-ups efficiently.Ensuring high accuracy in costing sheets, vouchers, and travel documents.Supporting sales and marketing teams with destination insights and content inputs.Analyzing competitor pricing and suggesting new product ideas or packages.Maintaining client satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.Beyond the core responsibilities, we believe that successful candidates will possess exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and time management. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have experience working within the tourism industry, specifically in destination management. A background in hospitality, business administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
