Job Title: Personal Butler Location: Kolkata, India Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 6 days a week, flexible hours (as per employer's needs) Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) + accommodation + mealsRole Summary:We are seeking a professional and discreet Personal Butler to provide high-level household and personal support to a distinguished family based in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing household staff, formal service, and day-to-day household operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide personalized service to the employer and family, including wardrobe management, table service, and errand runningOversee and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, and chefsManage household schedules, guest arrangements, and event coordinationHandle travel arrangements, packing/unpacking, and itinerary managementEnsure the upkeep and security of the residence, including liaising with maintenance vendorsGreet and attend to guests with warmth and discretionMaintain inventories for pantry, beverages, and personal itemsServe meals and beverages with formal table service when requiredUphold a high level of hygiene, discretion, and confidentiality at all timesRequirements:Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a personal butler or household manager in a private residence or luxury hospitality environmentFluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferredImpeccable grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureTrustworthy, discreet, and highly professionalStrong knowledge of household protocol, silver service, and hospitality standardsWillingness to travel with the family when requiredValid driver’s license (preferred)Preferred Qualifications:Certification from a recognized butler or hospitality training schoolExperience working in UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) householdsCulinary knowledge is a plusTo Apply: Interested candidates may email their resume and references to prantika.banerjee@visa-group.com.
