We are currently hiring for the position of Search Engine Optimization Executive.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and ensure website visibility. You will also work closely with the content, design, and development teams to achieve the best possible results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO:
  • Conduct keyword research and identify high-performing search terms.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs for SEO.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure higher rankings on SERPs.
  • Monitor and improve website performance (Core Web Vitals, site speed, etc.).
  • Off-Page SEO:
  • Execute link-building strategies to build a high-quality backlink profile.
  • Identify opportunities for guest posting, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Analyze competitor backlink strategies and implement improvements.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Conduct site audits to identify and fix technical issues like broken links, redirects, and crawl errors.
  • Ensure proper indexing, crawling, and canonicalization of website pages.
  • Optimize website structure for better search engine crawling and user experience.
  • Content Optimization:
  • Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.
  • Ensure content aligns with target keywords and search intent.
  • Identify and optimize content gaps to boost organic reach.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track website analytics, traffic patterns, and ranking performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in SEO or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management tools (WordPress, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, eCommerce SEO, and mobile optimization is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
