About the RoleWe are looking for energetic graduates who want to start their career in US Recruitment. As a Trainee - Recruitment, you will work closely with our senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate candidates for our US clients. You will be trained on the complete recruitment lifecycle, tools, and processes used in US Staffing.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client job requirements as per job description.Search and identify candidates using job portals, internal database, social media, and referrals.Screen candidates on basic fit, experience, and interest level as per job requirement.Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and senior recruiters.Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.Support the team in meeting daily and weekly hiring targets.Eligibility CriteriaFresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.Engineering graduates from 2023, 2024 or 2025.Should be able to work 5 days from our Noida office.Skills and CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skills.Good analytical and logical thinking, comfortable understanding technical roles.Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.Willingness to work in night shift (07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST) for North America market.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong ownership.What We OfferStructured training on North America Staffing process, tools, and recruitment best practices.Opportunity to build a career in global recruitment with clear growth paths.Performance based incentives in addition to fixed salary.Professional work environment with guidance from experienced leaders.Meals, snacks and both side cab facility.
