Job Title: HR GeneralistWe are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to effectively manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as an HR executive or generalist and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory; a Master's degree is a plus.The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of laws and HR best practices and be comfortable dealing with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.About the Role:This is a key position that requires someone who can work closely with executive leadership to develop and execute mission-critical programs.The role includes ensuring efficient recruitment/interviewing functions, maintaining adequate staffing, and upholding human resources policies and procedures.You will deliver a world-class employee experience from talent acquisition to performance management and compensation.Responsibilities:The HR Generalist will be responsible for:Becoming the primary point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters.Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and personnel information.Coordinating and scheduling interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related events.Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:3+ years of experience working in a similar position.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a Master's degree is a plus).In-depth knowledge of laws and HR best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal communications skills.
